These terms apply to general use of the VERATORA Contracting Inc. website, forms, and project-planning tools.
Effective August 24, 2026Website content, renovation ranges, timelines, checklists, and assistant results are general planning information. They are not a quotation, contract, permit approval, engineering or design advice, or a promise that VERATORA will perform the work.
A construction commitment exists only when the applicable parties accept a separate written agreement describing scope, price, assumptions, responsibilities, schedule terms, and change procedures.
Published price ranges are broad Ontario or GTA planning references and can change. Actual cost and timing depend on measurements, existing and concealed conditions, access, drawings, permits, selections, procurement, trade requirements, and the agreed scope.
Owners remain responsible for confirming applicable municipal, condominium, property-management, and other requirements unless a written project agreement assigns a specific responsibility differently. Regulated design, engineering, electrical, plumbing, gas, or other work may require qualified professionals or authorities.
VERATORA aims to keep the website useful and current but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or error-free. External links are provided for convenience and do not make VERATORA responsible for third-party content or services.
